Lauren spent most of her time growing up playing numerous sports, both competitively and recreationally. When it came time to consider post-secondary education, she followed her passion and completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. Her desire to find new ways to exercise propelled her into strength and conditioning, and through her personal fitness journey, she discovered the intricate link between food and performance. Shortly after, she began pursuing a degree in nutrition to link the science of food with the science of movement. She is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys working with like-minded individuals to achieve their nutrition goals. As a result of her education and experience, she understands the critical role of nutrition in sports, general fitness, and overall health.
