As a dietitian, I believe in a balanced, holistic, and personalized approach to nutrition that supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As a busy mom to a 4-year-old, I understand the importance of prioritizing self-care to be the best version of yourself—not only for your own well-being but also for those you care for. Throughout the last few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve their health goals through evidence-based strategies.
My goal is to help clients build sustainable habits tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles. As a highly empathetic and compassionate individual, I ensure my clients feel heard, cared for, and supported throughout their entire journey.
