I started my career by choosing a number of different courses in university as electives, and from the very first day I was in my nutrition class, I fell in love. I did not expect that getting a degree and internship would be as exciting and rewarding as it was. Nutrition became not just an area of study or a profession but a lifestyle and a passion.

My approach is allowing all foods to fit into one’s lifestyle to create balance, including partaking in your favourite indulgences (mine is by far Popeyes!) – because no food is off-limits when it comes to health.
