I started my weight loss journey with NutriProCan in November 2021. Before contacting them, I was struggling to lose weight, no matter what I tried. I was even going to the gym a minimum of 4 times per week but the scale just wouldn’t budge. I started wondering if there was something wrong with me, especially with menopause around the corner. After meeting with my dietitian, Nav, I was given a flexible meal plan that was created specifically for me. It addressed my goals, preferences and portion sizes specific to weight loss and my nutrient needs. I was initially worried that my portions would be small, but the first thing I noticed when I saw my plan was that there was plenty of food!
