Log in to activate your account – an invitation has been sent. You can do this on your browser or download the Practice Better app. This is our counselling platform, a secure Canadian health and wellness app.
To join the session with your dietitian, you need to activate your account. We recommend doing it now so your session goes smoothly.

After activating, please complete your client consent form, a standard healthcare form required for all clients.
We ask that you also complete your Initial Assessment intake form in advance. This ensures your dietitian can learn about you and prepare for your session beforehand. Also, this way, you will not spend precious time with the dietitian filling out forms.😊
All forms are available after you log in.

Optimize your settings, such as your time zone. (Our default is EST, but we know our clients join dietitian sessions from across Canada.)
You can also add your credit card to your profile for a quicker checkout at the end of the session.
You can also adjust your notification preferences; however, if you unsubscribe from Practice Better, you’ll end up on their Do-Not-Send List and not receive receipts, appointments, etc, via email. We understand that the emails you see may feel like a lot initially, but we know it’s temporary and just part of the setup process.
FAQ: Do employee health benefits cover NutriProCan Services? Yes! Many employee health benefits cover dietitian services, and to confirm your coverage, we recommend calling the number behind your benefits card and asking for the amount for dietitian or nutritionist services. After each session, a receipt with the dietitian’s licence/registration information is provided.
