I help people fuel their bodies, feel their best, and find joy in food again. As a dietitian with a passion for movement, I understand that nutrition isn’t just about numbers — it’s about energy, confidence, and balance.

I support individuals with a range of health concerns, from PCOS and cholesterol management to helping children overcome picky eating, and I specialize in sports nutrition. I help active individuals and athletes optimize performance, support recovery, and reach their goals through practical, evidence-based strategies.

Yoga is my chosen sport and a personal passion, keeping me grounded and reminding me how closely food, movement, and mindfulness are connected.
