Blood Sugar Management Program By Registered Dietitians

With our program, clients bring their blood sugar levels below "at-risk" or prediabetic levels, with targeted nutrition adjustments. Blood sugar management goes beyond reversing prediabetes, type 2 diabetes prevention and management! For example, if you’ve struggled with weight loss, it may be due to chronically elevated blood sugars or insulin resistance. Balancing your blood sugars can also help stabilize energy levels and reduce cravings when your appetite signals become regulated.

When Do You Need To Balance Or Control Blood Sugar Levels?

  •  If your blood sugars are elevated (5.5-5.9 A1c) - outside of the normal range, working with a dietitian is an opportunity to avoid prediabetes, which may lead to type-2 diabetes.
  • If you have prediabetes with A1c levels between 6.0-6.4, a dietitian can help reverse and return your blood sugars to a normal range for your long-term health.
  • If your A1c levels are at or above 6.5 and you have type 2 diabetes, personalized meal planning and ongoing education based on your lifestyle, work schedule and activity levels are part of a dietitian's approach to help keep your A1c at or below 7.0.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes earlier this year...my Ha1c was at 9.2 and cholesterol was high...Nav was able to quickly put me on an incredible diet plan and when I had my next appointment 3 months later with my doctor, he was BLOWN away with my results - my Ha1c had come down to 6.1 and my cholesterol was down as well! 3 months later I got tested again and my doctor was shocked again to see that it had gone down to 5.7!
