I reached my weight-loss goal with Amy Dockery’s advice and support, and the journey was much easier than I expected. Amy is knowledgeable, supportive, and a great listener. She took the time to understand my concerns, kept me motivated, and created a realistic plan that fit my lifestyle. I love snacking, and instead of eliminating it, she helped me make healthier choices that still allowed me to reach my goals. If you’re looking for a nutrition coach who truly cares and will support you every step of the way, Amy is the perfect choice! - via Google, July 2026
