I support individuals with a range of health concerns, from PCOS and cholesterol management to helping children overcome picky eating, and I specialize in sports nutrition. I help active individuals and athletes optimize performance, support recovery, and reach their goals through practical, evidence-based strategies.

Yoga is my chosen sport and a personal passion, keeping me grounded and reminding me how closely food, movement, and mindfulness are connected.
