Christina is passionate about nutrition and helping others! Growing up in an Italian family, cooking and food played a significant role in her home, and that has continued to this day. This passion and interest led her to pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian. Christina studied Nutrition and Food as an undergraduate at both Western and Ryerson Universities. She then obtained her Post-Graduate Professional Master’s Diploma in Dietetics through Ryerson University and North York General Hospital, where she completed specialized training in Clinical Dietetics.
Christina loves serving her community as a Registered Dietitian and translating nutrition science into information that is helpful and practical for her clients. Christina has gained work experience practicing as a Dietitian in both hospital and family health team settings, which has allowed her to build a track record in helping her clients manage a variety of health concerns with the power of good nutrition and personalized advice.
Approach to Counseling:
On both a personal and professional level, Christina has seen the importance of day-to-day healthy living in preventing chronic disease and overall well-being. Christina believes that a balanced diet and lifestyle are crucial to laying the foundation for a joy-filled, abundant life. Everyone can benefit from counselling with a Registered Dietitian; after all, Eating well is a fundamental life skill that can be nurtured from early on in life.
As a Registered Dietitian, Christina’s goal is to come alongside her clients and help them achieve their health goals in the most sustainable way. Improving client’s health outcomes, relationship with food, and eating habits is extremely fulfilling and is Christina’s mission with each individual she has the privilege to counsel.
