Notice: Nesrine is taking some time with her growing family and does not have availability for new clients right now, but we can’t wait to welcome her back.

Nesrine was determined to be a dietitian ever since she gained her passion for nutrition and health when she was 11 years old. She comes from a family of health professionals consisting of doctors and pharmacists, but always knew she wanted to be involved in disease prevention. Nesrine was diagnosed with an autoimmune digestive disease at a young age and dealt with many nutrition-related issues. Through her personal experiences, she gained more knowledge, experience and drive to help others heal using food as a form of therapy.

Being a mother of a young toddler, she has also become dedicated to helping other parents learn the best approaches to nourishing their children at a pace that works for them.

Nesrine completed her nutrition degrees at Brescia University College, with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, Post-Degree Diploma and Master’s degree. She has also obtained her credentials as a Certified Diabetes Educator. As a lifelong learner, she strives to be on top of the latest research and articles relating to nutrition and physical activity to confidently answer her clients’ questions. Nesrine genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients and uses a tailored and individualized approach to nutrition counselling. She also believes every person has unique nutrition needs and deserves to be heard and respected in order to be successful with their goals.
