Tooba’s journey in nutrition began in her teenage years, when she developed a deep interest in understanding food and its impact on health. Her curiosity and dedication led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science Honours in Nutrition and Food, complemented by a Certificate in Food Security. Recognizing the importance of effective communication in promoting healthy eating, Tooba furthered her education with a Master of Health Sciences in Nutrition Communication.
Through her academic and professional journey, Tooba has honed her skills in translating complex scientific evidence into practical, easy-to-understand advice. She specializes in personalized nutrition counselling and coaching, helping clients achieve their health goals through tailored dietary strategies. Tooba recognizes that we are all unique in our own ways, from our likes and dislikes, education around food, priorities in life, talents (both culinary and otherwise), and our overall relationship with food. By understanding this diversity, Tooba adopts a client-centred counselling approach with a focus on YOU. She believes that working together is essential in empowering individuals to make healthier food choices.
