This Website, nutriprocan.ca (the “Website”), is owned and operated by Nutrition Professionals of Canada Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario and registered to carry on business in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Nutrition Professionals of Canada Inc. operates under the brand name NutriProCan (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Website. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and clients of NutriProCan.

This Website is operated by Nutrition Professionals of Canada Inc. from Ontario, Canada. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Our services are targeted to residents of Canada.
2. Use of Website
- The information provided on the Website is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to replace individualized medical or nutrition advice.
- You agree not to misuse the Website for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at our discretion.
3. E-Commerce and Payment Terms
- NutriProCan offers dietitian counselling services and self-paced online courses available for purchase through Stripe, and WooCommerce and Thinkific.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally trusted third-party payment processor. NutriProCan does not collect or store any credit card details.
- Orders are not binding until confirmed by NutriProCan. We reserve the right to correct errors in listings, pricing, or descriptions.
Refunds, Expiry, and Cancellations
- Sales are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
- Missed or late-cancelled sessions may result in a fee and/or a reduction in the total number of sessions available for use, in accordance with our clinic policies.
4. Privacy and Personal Information
NutriProCan is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario laws, including PHIPA where relevant.
