HOW FAST CAN YOU LOSE WEIGHT?

We know that if you lose weight too fast, you’re losing fat mass but you’re also losing essential muscle, water and bone mass. Our weight loss program is designed by health care professionals for healthy weight loss! You will lose weight more gradually at a pace of 1-2 lbs a week on average for sustainable weight loss.

If you are unsure what your ideal body weight is, NutriProCan dietitians will determine a healthy and achievable goal with you. Your dietitian can also help to break down your long-term weight goal into smaller short-term goals that are easier to focus on.
