From the beginning Janelle has been such a huge help. She’s very knowledgeable and guided me very step of the way. Over the last few years, Lisa Cianfrini (Spriet) has worked with both my University and High School cross country and track and field athletes. Her common-sense approach to nutrition, with examples of healthy snacks, pre and post-workout and competition meals, as well as meal planning throughout the week, has had a positive impact on both their health and overall performances.
