How The Meal Plan Works
- You’ll complete a meal plan assessment form so we can personalize your plan, from blood sugar management to liver health to changing body composition. This plan is for one person.
- You’ll meet with an online dietitian and receive a 1-week personalized plan for your prioritized goals. Each day will include three meals and two snacks, with macros and calories provided if you prefer this information.
- You can access your plan through our convenient mobile app or desktop browser. With the app, you can access shopping lists on the go and easily substitute ingredients as needed, based on availability or deals.
- You’ll also enjoy additional app features, such as journaling and tracking, at no extra cost.
