- A thorough review of your diet, medications/supplements, lifestyle, and other factors focused on blood sugars
- You will receive personalized Nutrition Recommendations for elevated blood sugars, prediabetes or diabetes. The session also includes est. 15 minutes to answer your specific questions about blood sugar management and diabetes.
- This is a 60-minute, telehealth video counselling session with a registered dietitian.
- While this session is focused on empowering clients to self-manage their blood sugar levels, clients are welcome to book additional sessions with their dietitian.
- Before the session, each client completes an intake form to help the dietitian prepare for the session.
