I had appointments with Nishaat Patel for over a year to deal with irritable bowel syndrome along with acid reflux issues. I found her very helpful with her recommendations on diet and supplements and always both kind and practical. She was also very helpful to me with evaluating the sometimes inconsistent advice I found about diet online, particularly with regard to acid reflux diets. We set goals to meet before each new appointment, which I also found useful.
