I received a package for Christmas as a gift from my kids--GREAT GIFT- I had a couple of issues and Nishaat was such a great help with getting me on the right track--the meal plans worked very well as I am a person who need help organizing meals---I knew what to eat but not the amount and just what was better for me--I can now plan my meals, snacks etc with little or no effort---my problems are slowly coming around--She is also a very pleasant and friendly advisor you should be proud to have her in your organization.
