I received a package for Christmas as a gift from my kids--GREAT GIFT- I had a couple of issues and Nishaat was such a great help with getting me on the right track--the meal plans worked very well as I am a person who need help organizing meals---I knew what to eat but not the amount and just what was better for me--I can now plan my meals, snacks etc with little or no effort---my problems are slowly coming around--She is also a very pleasant and friendly advisor you should be proud to have her in your organization. I usually do not take the time to leave reviews. However, my experience with Nutriprocan has been so positive that I wanted to share my experience to help convince others that no matter where you are on your fitness journey, it never hurts to work with a dietician :). I have been working with Janelle for just about a year now and within that time I have lost 30 pounds. More than that, the weight has stayed off!
