My nutritionist was super helpful and kind to me. She took her time helping me out and making me a meal plan as well as a smoothie plan. There are things I learned from that I did not know. I used to eat lots of bacon and sausages as my protein but my nutritionist said not to eat those since it has a lot of fats.
