An athlete's diet is crucial to their overall health and athletic performances. Over the last few years, Lisa Cianfrini (Spriet) has worked with both my University and High School cross country and track and field athletes. Her common-sense approach to nutrition, with examples of healthy snacks, pre and post-workout and competition meals, as well as meal planning throughout the week, has had a positive impact on both their health and overall performances. I highly recommend Lisa as a nutritional coach for both individuals and athletic teams. Her ability to meet the specific needs of each athlete is second to none.
