I don’t know where to begin, it has been 1 year and 7 months since I started my journey with Nav as my nutrionist and I will never look back. Nav has changed mine and my families life. She has guided me to a healthier lifestyle and shown me that having fun while eating healthy is possible. I started with Nav at 249 lbs. after receiving bad blood results and my doctor’s recommendation to start medication. At the age of 37, I choose to make a positive change in my life and begin a healthy lifestyle. With Nav’s approach I was able to achieve various weigh loss goals that I had set for myself, I am now 182 lbs. which is really close to my recent goal of 180 lbs. The most important accomplishment is that I have perfect blood results. I now enjoy being more active with my family, going to the gym and shopping for clothes. Shopping has never been so easy and stress free, especially for my wife!
