Molly McLaughlin is a true educator and a terrific Coach! This past winter i was lucky to have Molly take me on a journey for 12 weeks. Each week she gave me practical strategies to improve my overall health, raised my awareness about what i was eating and small incremental manageable steps to change my habits over time. Molly was in tune with how much data i could absorb at once and at the end of our program she made a difference to me! Molly is very good at her job and i would highly recommend her.

I reached out to Molly a few months ago after seeing that she specialized with IBS cases. I had been struggling with the general IBS symptoms for some time and even with knowledge of the prescribed diet (Fodmaps) I was not having success and seeing fluctuations in my body. Molly was fantastic in getting me back on track, through positive mental thinking, and helped me through the elimination diet (which is harder than it sounds!). Over the last few years, Lisa Cianfrini (Spriet) has worked with both my University and High School cross country and track and field athletes. Her common-sense approach to nutrition, with examples of healthy snacks, pre and post-workout and competition meals, as well as meal planning throughout the week, has had a positive impact on both their health and overall performances.
