During this (weight loss) process Nav kept me accountable and grounded. She answered all my questions, and she always, always based her recommendations on good science. There is no way I would have had the same results doing this on my own. The physical change has been amazing, and I am in a much better position to make good, healthy decisions. I attribute the success to deciding to work with Nav.
Nesrine was awesome! She kept the kids engaged which can be a challenge with 9-15-year-olds! She knew exactly what to focus on (during her sports nutrition seminar and workshop) and when to push ahead. Her pictures were funny for the kids. It rained so we had to keep them inside so it worked well.

Molly McLaughlin is a true educator and a terrific Coach! This past winter i was lucky to have Molly take me on a journey for 12 weeks. Each week she gave me practical strategies to improve my overall health, raised my awareness about what i was eating and small incremental manageable steps to change my habits over time. I reached out to Molly a few months ago after seeing that she specialized with IBS cases. I had been struggling with the general IBS symptoms for some time and even with knowledge of the prescribed diet (Fodmaps) I was not having success and seeing fluctuations in my body. Molly was fantastic in getting me back on track, through positive mental thinking, and helped me through the elimination diet (which is harder than it sounds!).
