I have struggled with my weight all of my adult life. I’ve paid a small fortune to diet companies who offered support with no success. Working with Nesrine I have had so much positive support. Instead of telling me I am doing everything wrong and need to change my lifestyle immediately to something I could not sustain, she offers positive reinforcement about all of the good choices I made and behaviours I was able to do. She gives me ideas on some new foods, exercises, decisions when we meet but doesn’t make me feel like I am being forced to do anything I don’t want to do. It has been a terrific experience for me.
