I have seen such improvement in both my physical and mental health after working with Nav. We were able to discuss my favourite foods and how I could incorporate those into a meal plan that I could stick to and incorporate into my life moving forward. I was NOT getting enough protein and veggies, and although that can seem like a no-brainer, having a meal plan customized for myself really helped me improve my eating habits without feeling overwhelmed with too many lifestyle changes!
