How much weight you can lose, and how much weight you should lose are two very different things.
If done correctly, through a safe level of reducing your intake and healthy eating, we see clients losing up to 10 lbs in a month. Keep in mind though that some weight loss may be water weight loss, not actual body fat. Research supports that for long term sustainable and healthy weight loss, a goal of 1-2 lbs per week is reasonable.
